Counselling workshop for entire staff

A workshop in counselling was undertaken for the entire staff at The Eye SuperSpecialities in March 2014.

The basic approach towards patient care,sensitivity towards senior citizens, handling heavy patient inflow without loss of efficiency and compassionate behaviour were stressed upon. This was done within clinic premises with audiovisuals and with great benefit for all involved.
